We are pleased to announce our Barnsley branch will be relocating on December 2019. From December 16th our Barnsley branch address will be: Unit 6, Cannon Way, Claycliffe Business Park, Barnsley, S75 1JU.The branch will remain on Claycliffe Business Park and is only a 30 second drive from our current location on the trading estate.
The new unit boasts a floor space of over 6,200 sq. ft., providing nearly three times more warehouse space that will improve the branch’s capacity to cater for large project orders and will mean they are able to add brand-new stock lines to their existing stock profile. These new lines will include a range of KSR floodlighting and downlighting from their latest 10th Edition Lighting Catalogue, Milwaukee tools, various workwear and PPE brands, and ROBUS LED lighting strips with a cut-t0-measure service.
The move follows a period of signifcant growth for the branch which has outgrown the capacity of the current unit. More car parking and improved access for vehicles will help support the improved services of the branch, as will more trade counter space for busy weekday mornings.
Branch Manager, Ben Jones, has managed our Barnley branch since 2016 and currently oversees a team of eight. Commenting on the branch move, Ben says ‘myself and the whole team are really excited to move into the new branch later this month. It’s almost three times the size of our current unit which has allowed us to increase our stock-holding with brand new lines for lighting, tools and sitegear.
‘We’re always looking at new ways to develop our service offering. And with improved warehouse facilities, more trade counter space, and improved parking for vans and deliveries, the new branch will help us deliver more value to our customers.’
