LEW are very proud of our award winning service and will strive to deliver the level of service you have come to expect through this challenging period. As always it is a real team effort and I would like to offer my thanks to all my colleagues for the way they are conducting themselves and dealing with the situation. The evidence is plain to see as we are currently running a near normal service.
Of course the situation is still very fluid and we are following developments from our Government, Public Health England and the NHS and adapting our processes accordingly, because of this you may see changes as precautionary measures.
As I write this, our service, stock and supply chain management is at acceptable levels. We have built meaningful partnerships with manufacturers over 25 plus years allowing us real time insight into potential stock issues giving LEW the ability to resolve foreseeable problems.
