From Monday 29th November, LEW Grimsby will be undergoing a refurb to the branch including the Trade Counter. This is so we can continue to deliver an industry leading customer experience to our customers in Grimsby.
We realise this may cause some minor disruption to how you normally deal with us, but we will aim to keep this to a minimum.

Why are you having this refit?
This is the second branch in the network so we’re hoping this will freshen up the branch a bit, and ensure we continue to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
What will customers see differently?
I think a more expansive service which customers will enjoy a lot more. Our new and improved Trade Counter will allow us to serve more customers and let us have those longer conversations so we can ensure the products we’re providing are the right ones.
When does this start?
We are starting this on Monday 8th November, and work will be complete early in 2022, our big 20th Anniversary Year!
So if I want to visit the branch do I need to do anything differently?
Yes, you can still come see us, we are open with our normal opening hours. For the Trade Counter, you will have to go into the Green door with the blue ‘Call and Collect’ sign above it. Don’t worry though, we will ensure there are sign posts to make sure everything is easy for you.
I’ll be collecting some goods shortly. Can I use the same Warehouse collection point?
Yes. That’s fine, warehouse collection won’t be affected.
If I need to ring my Account Manager will I still be able to do this?
Of course! Our phone numbers are still the same, and our Account Managers will still be available if you need to speak to them.
