We’re delighted to announce that LEW Bury is moving! To meet the needs of our customers, we are moving to Dumers Lane on the Bracken Trade Park in December 2021!
LEW took over the premises from the previous owners in Guilds Electrical back in 2015. Its current facilities houses one of our 4 training centres. As a result, this is something that can now will be expanded now events are taking place in a post covid world! It was our first branch to serve the Greater Manchester area, and has seen rapid growth.
This new site will also include a larger warehouse, meaning greater stock levels. As a result, LEW Bury can offer an expanded service.
The new location on Dumers Lane is off the A56 Manchester Road which is one of the main link roads between Bury and Manchester. Bury town centre is approximately 1.5 miles to the North, and Manchester city centre is 8 miles due South.
“The motivation behind the move is to offer an expanded service to customers. We’re hoping the location will appeal to customers with the benefit of improved road links. This means customers can drop in, get their goods and get on with their projects. Next year, we are looking forward to hosting an Open Morning. We’ll be bringing along some of our key suppliers, and have opportunities to win prizes in our raffle!”
John Potter, Group Manager, LEW Bury.
