We’re delighted to announce that LEW Bury is moving! To meet the needs of our customers, we are moving to Dumers Lane on the Bracken Trade Park in December 2021!

LEW acquired the Bury branch from a previous business back in 2015, and was our first branch to serve the Greater Manchester area. Since then, LEW Bury has gone from strength to strength each year, achieving fantastic growth. The new premises include a larger warehouse meaning greater stock levels can be held, better parking for customers and easier access from improved road links. There will also be a purpose built LEW Training Centre, 1 of 4 in the branch network, which can be used to host various types of training for customers and LEW staff, whilst also being available to customers to hire for free for their own training or meeting needs.

Fresh start for LEW Bury

The new location on Dumers Lane is off the A56 Manchester Road which is one of the main link roads between Bury and Manchester. Bury town centre is approximately 1.5 miles to the North, and Manchester city centre is 8 miles due South.

“The motivation behind the move is to offer an expanded service to customers. We’re hoping the location will appeal to customers with the benefit of improved road links. This means customers can drop in, get their goods and get on with their projects. Next year, we are looking forward to hosting an Open Morning. We’ll be bringing along some of our key suppliers, and have opportunities to win prizes in our raffle!”

John Potter, Group Manager, LEW Bury.

LEW Bury are moving to their new site on the 18th – 19th December and officially opening on Monday the 20th December. We look forward to welcoming customers old and new, to the new branch on the Bracken Trade Park in December!
