Please join us in celebrating the achievements of these three outstanding individuals as they step into their new management roles:

Adam Doran Appointed Unit Manager at LEW Gainsborough

We proudly congratulate Adam Doran on his appointment as Unit Manager at LEW Gainsborough. Adam’s journey is a wonderful example of long-term commitment and progression within the LEW family.

Having recently celebrated a full decade with the company, Adam began his career as a Sales Account Manager at our Doncaster branch. His talent and dedication led him to a move to Gainsborough, where he excelled as the Assistant Manager. His history across multiple roles and locations gives him a deep, comprehensive understanding of our operations and customer needs.

Carl Norris Steps Up as LEW Doncaster Branch Manager

A massive congratulations goes to Carl Norris, who has been promoted to LEW Doncaster Branch Manager.

Carl has already displayed exceptional leadership capabilities during his 18-month tenure as Unit Manager. Prior to that, his role as a Sales Account Manager enabled him to forge the great customer relationships that are vital to our success in the region. His promotion is a natural next step, recognising his established track record for high performance and effective management.

Dyllon Parsons Named LEW Nottingham Unit Manager

We are delighted to announce that Dyllon Parsons is the new LEW Nottingham Unit Manager.

Dyllon’s rapid progression within the company highlights his innate leadership skills and immediate positive impact. Having previously served as Assistant Manager, Dyllon has already proven his ability to drive results and manage teams effectively. We look forward to seeing the continued innovation he brings to the Nottingham branch.

A Culture of Promoting From Within

These three key appointments—at Gainsborough, Doncaster, and Nottingham—are clear evidence of LEW’s keenness to promote from within. We are incredibly proud of the internal pipeline of talent that allows us to fill crucial leadership positions with proven, experienced, and dedicated staff.

We hope you will join us in wishing Adam, Carl, and Dyllon the very best of luck in their new roles. We are excited for the contributions they will undoubtedly make to their respective branches and the wider LEW network.
