Today, we’re putting the spotlight on two of our brightest young stars, Keelan Lea from our Warrington branch and Tom Greenhalgh who is based at our Bury branch. They have officially completed their apprenticeships and are embarking on the next chapter of their careers at LEW.
The Beginning of an Exciting Journey of LEW Apprentices
Keelan and Tom were both integral members of the esteemed LEW 2022 Apprentice Cohort. Over the past four years, they’ve been on a rigorous and rewarding journey, immersing themselves in all aspects of our business. An apprenticeship at LEW isn’t just about learning from a textbook; it’s about hands-on experience, facing day-to-day challenges, and dedicating themselves to mastering the skills crucial for success in our fast-paced industry.
They’ve navigated complex situations and balanced on-the-job training with theory. It’s a demanding path, but one that forges incredibly skilled and determined professionals.
